The staff at Heishman Funeral Home sends condolences to the family of David Adam Neff. David Adam Neff, 57, of Toms Brook, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021 at his home. A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 2:00PM at Sunset View Memorial Gardens in Woodstock. Pastors Richard Craver and Larry Miller will officiate. Mr. Neff was born November 1, 1964, in Woodstock, son of the late David Henry Neff and Rose Mary Ladd Neff. He was a 1983 graduate of Strasburg High School. David began working in the press room at Perry Judd’s in Strasburg. Early in his career he shifted his focus from ink and paper to continuing his education ultimately earning many high-level IT Certifications. He was currently employed by Clutch Inc., in Winchester. In this position David proudly served as a Senior Systems Administrator for FEMA and the U.S. Fire Administration for over 15 years. He is survived by his aunts, Marie Neff of Maurertown, Imogene Lann of Dillwyn; close friends, coworkers and numerous cousins. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or your local SPCA. David loved animals, playing golf and collecting things. He was very meticulous, intelligent and inquisitive of emerging technology. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and co-workers.
