Helen Lucille Fadeley Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

The staff at Heishman Funeral Home Inc. sends condolences to the family of Helen "Lucille" Fadeley. Helen “Lucille” Fadeley, 73, of Woodstock, VA passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Winchester Medical Center. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 25 at 2:00 p.m. at Antioch Church in Woodstock. Pastor George Bowers will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset View Memorial Gardens in Woodstock. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 24 from 6-8 at the church. Lucille was born March 31, 1949, in Bastian, VA, daughter of the late Albert Sidney Hull Sr and Mary Nell Haga Hull. She was a 1968 graduate of Central High School. Lucille was a teller for many years at First Bank. She was a member of Antioch Church and the Willing Workers of the church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd William Fadeley; brother, Randy Hull; and nephew, Joshua Funkhouser. Lucille is survived by two daughters, Tracy Rittenour of Woodstock and Amy Babcock and husband Scott of Woodstock; Joey Edwards whom she thought of as a son; sisters and brother, Carolyn Havens (Bob) of Richmond, Shirley Kibler (Sam) of Woodstock, Albert S. Hull Jr (Jeanie) of Edinburg and Jackie Funkhouser (Ron) of Toms Brook; and sister-in-law, Linda Hull of Woodstock; three grandchildren, Brittani and husband Kyle Sager, Jordyn Sibert and Jenna Babcock; Ryan Edwards and Matt Edwards whom she thought of as grandsons; two great grandchildren, McKenzie Sager and Kylie Sager; nephews, Wade Starling and David Hull; nieces, Christy Custer, Tara Nelson, Cyndi Greer, Laura Esch, Randa Vernazza, Misty Miller, Angie King, Jessica Marvin, Lauren Jenkins; and numerous great nephews and nieces. Pallbearers will be Kyle Sager, Ryan Edwards, Matt Edwards, Hank Hoover Sr, Dave Sherman, Lynn Halton and John Sager. Honorary pallbearers will be Joey Edwards, Wade Starling, David Hull, Bill Atchison, Larry Atchison, and Michael Sibert. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Helen Lucille Fadeley Burial Fund, C/O Valley Funeral Service, 14116 S. Middle Road, Edinburg, VA 22824.
