The staff at Heishman Funeral Home Inc. send condolences to the family of Jacqueline "Jackie" Elaine Nicholas Foley. Jacqueline "Jackie" Elaine Nicholas Foley, 58, of Mt. Jackson, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021, surrounded by her family at Winchester Medical Center. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, December 5 at 2:00 p.m. at Valley Funeral Service in Edinburg. Pastor Wayne Allen will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Foley was born August 23, 1963, in Winchester, daughter of Betsy Windle Hines of Mt. Jackson and the late Jerry Wayne “Meatball” Hines. She was a 1981 graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School. She was the office manager at Valley Towing and formerly worked at Edinburg Aileen. She was a member of Valley Central Church where she served as clerk for the church council in New Market, the Woodstock Moose Lodge and New Market Eagles. Jackie is survived by her husband, John Henry Foley, Jr. whom she married on December 17, 1988; son, Zachary Foley (Whitney) of New Market; daughter, Kailey Foley (Shannah) of Winchester; sisters, Rhonda Richard (Jamie) of Quicksburg, Amy Thomas (John Jr.) of New Market, and Delaina Stroop (Aaron) of Quicksburg; grandson, Jase Anderson; nieces and nephews, Carissa Neal (Parker), Melanie Turner (Eric), Kirsten Martz, Colby Thomas, Carly Thomas, JT Thomas III, great nephews and niece, Acelin and Brooks Neal and Payton Thomas; father-in- law, John Foley Sr. of Mt. Jackson, sister-in-law Kathy Foley Wills (Gary) of Mt. Jackson and brother-in-law, Roger Foley of Stanley; numerous other nieces and nephews and cousins, and her special dog Cooper. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Valley Central Church Building Fund, C/O Betsy Hines, 1447 Georgetown Road, Mt. Jackson, VA 22842. Jackie came from a large loving family. She loved camping, beach trips, and shopping. She never met a stranger as everyone who knew her was a friend, she would help anyone without question or hesitation.
