S.L. “Andy” Andrick, 83, of Edinburg, passed away on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital. He was born May 8, 1938 in Edinburg son of the late Claude Anthony Andrick and Dicie Mae Sager Andrick. He was preceded in death by four brothers, William, John, Lester, and Eugene Andrick. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Cochran Andrick whom he married on August 14, 1965. He is also survived by one stepson, Mark Parmeter and wife Lou of Bridgewater, Virginia, sister; Linda Andrick of New Market, and three step-grandchildren; Jordan, Dylan, and Megan Parmeter. Andy worked at the Woodstock Aileen, CE Thompsons, Safeway, Food Lion and Walmart. He was a member of Community Mission Church of the Brethren where he served two terms as deacon. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Community Mission Church of the Brethren with Pastor Dale Bowers officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Sunset View Memorial Gardens in Woodstock. Pallbearers are Jordan Parmeter, Dylan Parmeter, Hope Lonas, Stanley Spitler, and Ray Mumaw. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Mission Church of the Brethren, 50 Coffmantown Road, Woodstock, Virginia 22664.
